I just requested a reseed of the matrix version of the 3rd set (including the Dark Star) over at Lossless Legs. 88 people will receive the reseed request, and i'm sure at least a few will hop on and activate the torrent. If i get the show, i will send out copies this weekend (or more likely Monday morn') to y'all: highflow, wolfboy & jodyc.

If anyone else wants to hop on the torrent (especially if you have this particular matrix version already), here's the link:

By the way, JodyC, great call on a great show. Thanks for pointing it out to me. Looks real sweet, and i've read that the matrix version is killer.

It looks like the second set only- is that whats available? If so, I'll download what I can for the Dark Star. Thanks Arb.

Jody ... the three versions of the show at shnflac are all 3rd sets, which leads me to believe that only the 3rd set is available in soundboard, and not even the complete 3rd set, but i guess we've got to be grateful for what is available. There is a more expansive AUD version here on the LMA, but from the reviews, it doesn't seem very listenable.

I picked up the 3rd cd, thanks. I assume the first part of the show is the hard part to get?

maybe my favorite Not Fade Away ever...Dark Star is one of the better versions out there...recommended show...don't forget to check out 09-20-1970, as well, if not for the acoustic set, the electric sets are nice...

dang ... now i'm gettin' all itchy to hear it, what with all the fine recommendations; sounds like you've got the show, but e-mail me (see above) if not and i'll get it out to you next week. Cheers.

If this doesn't end up working, I've got an MP3 version of this show that I could probably burn for some folks. I've never traded though, so I'd probably need an explanation on what to do.

Also, this show is one of my favorite of all time. Great versions of all of the tunes, especially the Dark Star.

Thank you for your kind offer, but i think i'll be having this show all downloaded by morning. If you are interested in having a copy of the lossless files, or a direct burn from the decompressed .wav files, e-mail me your postal address and i'll get a copy out to you early next week.

Thanks, but I'm fine with the copy I have. It's CD quality MP3 and sounds fine on every CD player I've used for it. I may end up getting on that torrent once there are more seeders, but for now I'm fine with what I've got.

i've got one seeder (and one other leecher) at LL, but more may hop on; hopin' anyway, and so if you want to join our tiny swarm. i'm downloading at a pretty slow pace, but things may pick up if another seeder hops on. OR, i can send you out a copy and you can save your bandwidth. Cool by me.
